„In 1973, my father, having passion butcher and smoker, made homemade sausage and smoked meats. He did no use preservatives . The idea of the making sausage – was pique a great interest in the family as well as among acquaintances. Especially in the difficult years 1980/83. The idea and recipe were kept by the father. Taking advantage of our own smokehouse and the recipe handed down by our father, we started the production of our own cold cuts, which are characterized by delicacy and fantastic taste.”
